PORPRESENTATION
The quality of the foodstuffs we consume is
a growing matter of concern for citizens. As
a result, the public administration and,
more specifically, the Provincial Council of
Zamora intend to lend their backing for a
number of products that are made in our
province and whose unique features make
them deserving of the protection of official
designations of origin. These features make
it possible for the foodstuffs to be grouped
under the brand the Provincial Council is
promoting under the name of Alimentos de
Zamora (Foodstuffs of Zamora).The aim is to foster the development of the agro-alimentary sector for an optimistic future and, at the same time, protect and promote products that are based on quality and tradition and that we can present to consumers convinced of their high value.
